Orders

What are the pieces made from?
Natural stones, freshwater pearls and glass, strung by hand. Findings are sterling silver or 18k gold plated, depending on the piece. Hair pieces are cut from acetate.

How do I know what size to order?
Lengths are listed on each piece. If you'd like an extender, add a note to your order. Ring sizes are listed in US format. Size 7 is a UK N, size 8 is a UK P.

How long will my order take?
Everything is made to order, so allow 5–10 working days for dispatch. You'll get an email when your order is placed and another when it's on its way.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Duties and customs fees outside the UK are the customer's responsibility.

Will something sold out come back?
Sometimes, depending on the stones. Email us and we'll let you know.

Returns

Can I return something?
Yes. Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and send it back within 14 days of telling us. Pieces should be unworn and in their original packaging. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered.

Custom pieces

Do you make bespoke pieces?
Yes. Email hello@gabsluk.com with what you have in mind. Allow 2–4 weeks from first conversation to finished piece. Custom pieces can't be returned.
