Shipping and Returns

Dispatch

Everything is made to order. Allow 5–10 working days for dispatch. You'll get an email when your order is placed and another when it's on its way.

Delivery

All orders are sent tracked with Royal Mail. If you need express shipping, email hello@gabsluk.com and we'll arrange it.

For orders outside the UK, import duties and customs charges may apply. These are charged on arrival and are the customer's responsibility.

Returns

If you change your mind, let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and send it back within 14 days of telling us. Pieces should be unworn and in their original packaging.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered. We'll refund within 14 days of receiving it back.

Custom pieces made to your specification can't be returned.
