Order and Delivery Information

As all of our items are handcrafted, we strive to dispatch all orders within 5-10 working days from the date of purchase. You will receive an email notification upon placing your order and another once it has been dispatched. Please note that, as each piece is made to order, dispatch times may exceed 10 days during busy periods.

Delivery Charges

• Delivery within the UK: €6
• Delivery to Ireland: €10
• International Delivery: €15

For orders outside of the UK, additional import duties and customs charges may apply. These charges are levied at the port of entry and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Methods of Delivery

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or An Post with tracked delivery. If you require express shipping or tracking, please contact us at bygabsluk@gmail.com to arrange this service.

Returns

All sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your item or if it is damaged in transit, please contact us at bygabsluk@gmail.com to arrange a resolution.
